TEECA, INC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

TEECA wants to grow in NORTH TULSA and wants NORTH TULSA to grow. This is why it is so important to us to recruit, develop and support local talent. 

We are committed to your success and to becoming the obvious choice for your construction pre-apprenticeship training. BIPOC Residents in Tulsa Districts 1 and 3 are strongly encouraged to apply to the HAND UP Program.

TEECA Covid-19 Guidelines for Classes

 

Until further notice, these are the "Covid-19 Guidelines" for all TEECA classes:

​

  •  Masks are encouraged but not required and will be available.

  •  Social distancing will be practiced.

  •  Hand washing and hand sanitation will be practiced.

  • Tables, seats, and other surfaces used for class, will be sanitized.

  • If you are sick, please stay home!
